a2 Milk™ 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
I am generally not a milk drinker as it sits heavy on my stomach and makes me feel bloated. This milk did not sit heavy or make me feel bloated. I would recommend this to anyone who has problems with milk.

Premier Protein Chocolate Shake
I tried this Premier Protien drink as a meal supplement. It satisfied me but I was not a fan of the flavor. The chocolate was too rich for me. If you like a rich chocolate taste i would reccomend it for you but if you don't I wouldnt reccomend it
