I have been reading a lot about NAD+ lately and wondered if it would help boost my energy. I tried looking for supplements to order, but it was very confusing. as there are so many option out there. The ingredient list is straightforward - 600 mg of beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide. The label explains that nicotinamide mononucleotide is a NAD+ precursor which helps to maintain NAD+ levels that naturally decrease as we age. AOR's research indicates that NMN 600 helps in energy metabolism, tissue formation and can improve physical performance. I take one pill a day, with or without food. I have just begun this new supplement - and a excited to see how I feel after taking it for the entire month. I am adding it to my daily routine to help maintain my health.
