I have been reading a lot about NAD+ lately and wondered if it would help boost my energy. I tried looking for supplements to order, but it was very confusing. as there are so many option out there. Just when I was about to give up, a bottle of NMN-600 from Advanced Orthomolecular Research (AOR) arrived at my door! (Butterley had selected me to try a free bottle in return for my honest opinion) I was excited to start trying the NMN 600 capsules for a a few reasons. They are a Canadian Company! The ingredient list is straightforward - 600 mg of beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide. The label explains that nicotinamide mononucleotide is a NAD+ precursor which helps to maintain NAD+ levels that naturally decrease as we age. AOR's research indicates that NMN 600 helps in energy metabolism, tissue formation and can improve physical performance. I take one pill a day, with or without food. I have just begun this new supplement - and a excited to see how I feel after taking it for the entire month. I am adding it to my daily routine to help maintain my health.
