Product felt light - not crunchy or sticky. Smell was fine, similar to most other hairsprays. Hold was light - good for daytime. The aerosol can was slender and ergonomic to use. Thanks Chick Advisor for letting me try this for free.

When I first picked this up, I was curious as to how the protein compares to regular ice cream as I’m always looking to supplement. If I ate a whole tub of Hagen das I would get the same protein so that part is nothing special, but this does have the benefit of being about 1/4 of the calories. I only ate about a quarter of the tub and was satisfied. Flavour is tasty but sweet, more like what I would have expected for the cookies and cream flavour (I had vanilla bean). Texture is good too compared to most low fat/cal ice creams. The price on the shelf nearly floored me ($8.99) but it rang up cheaper and thanks to chick advisor for the coupon to try this free. If it was as cheap as $4 I would probably buy it. -

The single serve packs were really handy to take on the go. Taste was good and it mixed up nicely. Felt very virtuous sitting in my office with something green and healthy. I dont usually drink Matcha but I still enjoyed it

I decided to do a few streaks as opposed to whole head as I wanted to be sure it wouldn't be too obvious as I work an office job. I ended up covering almost my entire head as it was VERY subtle (slightly toned down my golden blonde). I went an entire day and nobody noticed my hair was different - except my pillow which got stained blue by the product. The spray bottle is ineffective, more product ended up on my bathroom walls than my hair. Would be better as a tube applicator. I guess I didn't need to worry about it being too wild for work! Maybe other colours are better, but the Denim blue just didnt work on my hair. -

Used with basecoat and colour system, finish was nice and shiny and smooth. My nails feel nice and hard and are lasting several days with only a few chips despite me being VERY hard on my hands.
