It nourishes skin beautifully and eliminates that feeling of tightness. It doesn't leave a greasy film and has a pleasant scent. I really like the packaging—it's glass and minimalist, and it complements my bathroom interior. Using this cream feels like a little fault self care ritual.

The diet part… well, still working on it so I started taking the Total One Multivitamin&Mineral instead. One tablet a day — perfect for someone like me who always forgets the second dose.
About a month later I noticed real changes: my hair started falling out much less, baby hairs are growing in, and I feel way more energetic every day. No nausea, no weird appetite spikes — I just take it with food and feel great.
