I love using this stuff especially when my hair has more pouff than volume. I used it when I blowdry and it still leaves my hair feeling really soft, not like other stuff where it ends up feeling greasy.

In saying that though, I love this stuff! It smells amazing, and the small tub actually packs a LOT in it, and it can last for ages!! I wasn't sure about the texture upon first application, but it slowly melds into your face until you feel like you put on nothing at all :) -

There was actually a time where there was a bit of confusion with my change of address when I was moving and I missed a package that ended up being sent back, the sender was easy to contact and they RE-SENT it right away, no hassle or anything :). -
