Great for an addition to your gym bag because it is fragrance free, so you don't have to worry about other's allergy's. It also has a lasting effects so you don't have to reapply over and over. The spout is hardy enough that you don't have to be gentle when pumping. Only a couple of pumps does a large area. Enjoy everyone. -
