I used to stay away from omegas because of the fishy smells and tastes and then I started reading about them for health when I reached my 50s. Omegas a great for overall health but I like to use this one specifically because it doesn’t upset my stomach or taste fishy. It’s helped tremendously with my dry eye and cardiovascular health. I like that these are soft gels and coated. Highly recommend these -

My nails are terrible since using artificial nails and nail glue and getting my nails done in general. I used them to get a couple of my nails which were yellow and discoloured back to look I g more healthy and it worked great. They go on like bandaids with the medication in the middle of the patch and they did stay on when I slept. I want to try them for a few days on my toe nail that has some thickness but I will probably need to keep them on for at least a month to see results. Would recommend trying then -

It lathered up really well and got all the grease and grime off with a quick scrub which was a huge bonus. Scent lingered on skin and felt clean afterward but not overly drying. -

I like the cream for night as it’s not greasy and I wake up with really soft skin and lines are minimized but it’s hard to blend in my skin and sticks in my eyebrows! Once blended in it’s a nice matt feeling and my skin tone looks good
