This wax warmer was very simple to use--just plug it in, put in the wax and after a few minutes the wax is melted and ready to use. The insert is very easy to clean. It keeps the wax gently heated as you remove hair. Highly recommend!

These wax pods melted easily, went on smooth on my skin and got out every single hair. The wax gently hardens and peels off easily. Because of the natural ingredients, I had no skin sensitivity or bad reaction. Highly recommend!

It did not remove my mascara very well, which was the only downside. I would absolutely recommend this cleanser for clean, hydrated skin. -
