I have not been sleeping. I get maybe 3 hours a night and I’m always so tired. It’s honestly been hard to keep up with my daughter all day. And I really just thought I was just tired. But I started taking this liquid iron and on day one I felt a huge difference. I’m not groggy all day long and actually have the energy all day. It has no taste and doesn’t hurt my stomach. I have even been able to fall asleep easier. I guess I’ve just been low on iron.

I haven’t ever had hot honey before so wasn’t sure what to expect but I love this stuff ! It has more of a sweet heat than spicy which is honestly perfect. It really does go good on anything! I first tried it on my Cesar crispy chicken sandwhichs I make and wow ! Didn’t think that meal could get better but this took the flavours to a whole new level. I love that it’s easy to drizzle on but the best is their a Canadian company ! If you want to take your cooking to a new level, this is a must try!

Super easy to use, just push the button and the straw pops up. I also love how easy it is to wash. It’s dishwasher safe but I prefer to wash by hand and there’s not many areas for mold to grow in! She has been obsessed with this cup since we got it. And the best is it doesn’t leak! -
