DAP is our go-to brand for caulking. We had a few cracks along our stairway that were collecting dust and bothering me aesthetically, and this made quick work of it.
The application went very smoothly and a little product goes a long way, so we can use this caulking for a future project as well.
The white colour blended in perfectly with our trim, so I don’t think we even need to paint, but it can be painted in 30 minutes after application. I just love how simple this was and how much of a difference it made in sealing up those unsightly cracks. In all, it took less than 5 minutes!
I recommend for any home update you’re working on, big or small.

This light strand adds the perfect twinkle for the Christmas season. I have the 16’7” set, which worked perfectly across my fireplace mantel, or would work great framing a window!
I really liked the bulbs on this set—the texture really throws sparkle, which added a little extra something! I also like that I can use them indoors or outdoors, depending on the arrangement. They also include handy hooks on each light to make them really easy to set up.
I’m not a huge fan of the LED colour. I got these in warm white, and they still seem pretty cool to me, just with a slightly yellow tint. I know that’s typical for LEDs. The good news at least is they use up to 90% less energy!

There are so many things to worry and wonder about as a new Mom. until I left the hospital, I had no idea my newborn needed daily vitamin D drops, since I was breastfeeding. This time around, I am more prepared!
These PediaVit™ Vitamin D3 drops are perfect. The package includes a small dropper containing 60 drops. With one drop a day, that will get you through the first two-ish months!
You just hold the bottle upside down to dispense a single drop, and give it to baby on a clean finger or even on their pacifier. It’s easy and I didn’t have to worry that my baby wasn’t getting the proper vitamins at such a crucial stage in their development.
I also like that this is basically vitamin D3 and organic extra virgin olive oil. I’m always worried about what my baby is ingesting and I don’t have to worry when it comes to this product.

When my child was born, I had such a hard time figuring out what worked on their skin. Everything seemed to irritate it and it made me not want to give baths!
I finally found Aveeno products to do the trick, and now they are a staple in our home.
I love the clean ingredients (prebiotic oat, no fragrance, hypoallergenic) and the gentle cleansing. It does the job at cleaning my baby, but also adds to that moisture barrier to prevent irritation. It’s also safe for day 1, which takes all that worry away for new moms.
My child still uses Aveeno wash, and our future children will definitely be using this newborn wash!

It can be so overwhelming with a new baby. The last thing Moms need to worry about is baby’s skincare. Your baby’s skin is so vulnerable outside the womb, so I’m always super careful about what I’m using.
As someone with a child who had severe eczema and sensitive skin, Aveeno is the only brand I trust. It did not cause any flare ups and helped sooth the itching as well as prevent any dryness.
This newborn balm is safe for day 1 newborn use, and includes prebiotic oat to moisturize and protect that sensitive newborn skin. It’s also fragrance and paraben free so you don’t have to worry about irritation!
If you have a newborn with skin issues, try out this newborn balm. It really made a difference in our family.

This gourmet brownie mix was such a special treat for our family! It came together super quickly and so easily. The hardest part was waiting for it to bake!
All I had to do was add 2 eggs, a 1/2 cup of flour, and a 1/2 cup of butter—all readily available pantry ingredients. I love the versatility of this mix, because a quick swap of any of those add-ins make this dairy-free, gluten, or vegan depending on your needs.
You can tell the minute you open Carolina’s Gourmet Brownie Mix bag that it’s high quality. It smelled so delicious and the chocolate is sustainable Belgian chocolate—nothing fake in here! It’s all natural, no preservatives, and no artificial colours. I could tell it was made with high-quality ingredients because the resulting brownies are a step above.
Taste and texture-wise, these were absolutely perfect too. I love the crackly top along with the richest, most fudgy interior texture. I could have eaten the whole pan myself, but my family absolutely appreciated that I shared! This would be an excellent homemade gift to share for a birthday or special event as well—it’s an elevated brownie experience.
There’s even more to love about this small business. When I was looking them up, I found that a part of proceeds supports children with disabilities, and I just love that. It’s so important to give back and I love that Carolina’s Artisan Brownies is a small business that also looks to support others.

I gave these PanOxyl brightening patches a try since I have a bit of acne scarring on my face. I know PanOxyl is super popular for acne control, so I wanted to give these a try.
I really like the application—the package comes with sticker-like patches that you can apply to the spot on your face that needs care. They’re a triangle shape with about an inch on each side, so it does cover a fair bit of area depending on what you’re targeting. The idea is to wear it overnight so the spot fading complex has time to work. They are definitely comfortable enough to sleep on.
I haven’t used these long enough to notice a difference in fading my scars yet, but I have noticed my skin feels smooth and nourished in the morning when I remove the patch. I like the feeling that I can do something about the scarring and blemishes on my face instead of simply giving it time.

I loved the whipped texture of this cream. It feels light and creamy, and instantly moisturized my skin. I also adored the scent. It smells like a very rich almond oil. It’s different from the typical fruity scents I use, but I loved it.
This is definitely a high-quality shower cleanser that will upgrade your routine!

It’s got a nice, mild mint flavour and didn’t burn my mouth like regular mouthwashes. This will definitely help me use it more often as part of my oral care routine.
I also love that it still includes all the benefits of Listerine: prevents plaque, reduces gingivitis, keeps teeth white, strengthens my enamel, and protects from bad breath!
