The texture is spot on, it holds up really well and doesn’t get mushy. I made mac and cheese with it and it turned out amazing. Since using it, I’ve noticed way less of that sticky, heavy feeling in the rooms, and even Thiago’s been sleeping better (which, let’s be honest, is a win for all of us!). It also helps prevent allergens and dust mites, which gives me peace of mind.
