It's a family owned business, with the warmest people you'll ever meet. The owner died this year, and while he will be greatly missed (he was a sweet man who made me feel like he genuinely enjoyed seeing me), his family is carrying on his tradition. Plus (and possily most importantly) the gelato is delicious, and though they just switched the type of cup they use, the portions are still generous. Their patio is also one of my favourite places to enjoy nice weather in the city. -

I got this from the Review Club, and I was really excited. Having tried it out, I wasn't necessarily disappointed, but I don't think I will be using it again any time soon. The colour is pretty much what the box says, but the application was a little messy, as the dye was runny. I did love that it was ammonia free though, and the smell certainly reflected that. the gloves were also huge and got dye stuck in blobs, which lead to uneven spreading of the product.
On the bright side, the conditioner was amazing, and left my hair feeling great. The colour wasn't a drastic change for me, so in the end, it was a bit of a frustrating process, but I don't have anything major to complain about. A solid 3...

This hand cream is actually a life-saver. I have excema and suffer from perpetually dry skin as a result. I must have 20 types of lotions and creams that I have tried out over the years, but so far this one has lasted. I got it a month or so ago, and I LOVE the fact that I only have to apply it once a day for totally soft hands. No more worrying about having lotion in my purse, or applying lotion 4-5 times a day to prevent cracked skin. Plus, it smells delicious!! Totally worth the money, as you don't need to use anything else- and a little bit goes a looonng way! -

This is one product I dont leave home without. I keep it in my purse at all times, for those moments when you look in the mirror, or a passing pane of glass and realize you need a quick pick me up. They're fast, easy to use, and effective, and keep your skin looking clean without needing to pile on more makeup. What more can you ask for?
(maybe just a slightly lower price? :) Its worth it, but it always hurts a little paying six dollars for these sheets)

I recieved this from the Review Club, and I couldnt be happier. I have long been a dove girl, especially when it comes to deodarant. These two scents did not disappoint. Coming in the cutest packages, the scents do not overwhelm, but make you feel clean and feminine all day. I highly reccomend Dove as it is, and that wont change due to these deodarants. As with every deodarant I have tried, there is some.. flaking after a while, but thats too be expected and doesnt really stick to your clothes. As for "visibly reduced stubble" We'll have to wait and see, but its a great thought nonetheless. Overall, a Great Product. -

I chose this product initially because my last cleanser had run out, and I am happy to say, that when used in alternation with my normal cleanser, i wont be going back. Its super cheap, and leaves my skin feeling great! Its not overly effective for acne, but it does clean the skin and that never hurts. I'd reccomend it to anyone -

So, I have used covergirl mascara's in the past, with varying results, so I was excited to try this new one out. I have mixed feelings about it, but after some consideration I've decided that overall, its a pretty good mascara. I don't wear alot of make up, and am a fan of a more natural look, so in that regards I was very impressed. In the end I think that it did probably lenghten my lashes, but not in a super noticable way- it took a few applications to decide if it was actually working at all. On the bright side, It's super easy to get off, it doesnt clump at all, and keeps my lashes super soft, more so than any other mascara I've ever used. For me, This mascara does what I need it too -

Great Product that kept my skin super soft- which as a person with excema, is very hard to do, and important. So I was a little hesitant about this product, because although I have used always in the past, the fact that I had gotten the Heavy flow strength meant that I was worried about how bulky they would be- which lead me to the best suprise for me- they were super thin and soft and comfortable! And they were longer than the other pads I have tried, which meant I was much less worried about leaks.
There was one downfall however- This month I had a much lighter flow than normal, so on the last day of my period, I wore the pad all day, which has never been a problem before, however this pad.. crumbled by the end of the day. As in little peices of the inside of the pad fell all over the place when I went to the bathroom, which was completely gross.
I dont know if I would neccesarily switch to this brand permanently, but overall, I was pretty satisfied with it.

So, I got these through the product review club, and I was skeptical having never used panti liners before. That said, I wasnt totally disappointed. The pros: They stayed in place, fit to any type of underwear, and you couldnt even tell they were there- thats how lightweight they were. Now, I used these on the lightest day of my cycle, and I was a little concerned about leaking, since they were so small. There werent any major leaks, which impressed me, however I wont be converting to liners anytime soon- I simply trust pads/tampons more.
**Editor's note**
Panty liners aren't designed to replace a pad or a tampon. They are more for every day use for light discharge, to keep you feeling clean and fresh, and protect your underwear. They can also be used as a backup for tampons or on the lightest days of your period when a pad or tampon would be too much.
