These shakes are great whether you are using a ketogenic weight loss plan, or just looking for a "boost" for your metabolism. EACH SHAKE HAS ONLY 100 CALORIES AND 2 GRAMS OF SUGAR!!!
I tried the Salted Caramel flavor, and it is delicious!! I am really impressed with the creamy texture as well.
*I used 6 ounces of whole milk for mine, although the instructions call for water or skim milk. 1 scoop of Pro-Keto, and half a cup of ice. Ran them through the blender until smooth. (If you are short of time, or don't have a blender, you can leave out the ice, use 8 ounces of liquid, and mix with a spoon!)

I have finally found an enjoyable canned tuna! It's a bit on the pricey side, but is worth it for the amazing quality. First, it is a single chunk of tuna, packed in it's own juice, and very little of that. NO ADDED OIL, WATER OR FILLERS. Just a touch of sea salt. It is pole and line caught at fisheries using only sustainable fishing methods.
I 100% recommend this product.

I was fortunate enough to be chosen to host a tasting party through Moms Meet, and I had the opportunity to grill some burgers for my party. Everyone was amazed at how good they tasted, and with how well they held together. My son in law, who is gluten intolerant in the extreme, had zero issues with them! Definitely a win in my book. My only complaint was the price point, which I found to be almost 3 times what I would normally pay for standard artisinal bread. Yes, I said artisinal. -

Not this time. Starbucks Sumatran Coffee has that rich, bold flavor I associate with the brand, and that keeps me comong back. I would definitely recommend this roast. -
