I love a hot and spicy honey and this did not disappoint! Versatile enough to be used as a sauce, or a drizzle on dessert. The honey is sweet with a kick, but not overly hot. I love that it is Canadian made. Great to support a Canadian brand. I tried it on some Vanilla Icecream and it was absolutely tasty! It paired so well with the sweet icecream and the cooling sensation after the heat was an awesome taste profile!

At first read you would not pick this up as the non alcohol would not be your first choice. Let me tell you....this works just as well, even better! The taste was not over-powering and pleasant. The instructions are super easy to follow. Take a swig, swish around for 3 minutes, then spit it out. Take a second swig and gargle for 30 seconds (this kills the bacteria in the throat that causes bad breath) I use it in the AM and have noticed quite a difference. I will definately be re-purchasing. Thank you @thisisbutterly and @oatallyawesomebrand for sending me this absolutely delicious oatmeal! Super healthy filled with a mix of whole grain oats, nuts, seeds and dried fruit. Apple Cinnamon was so tasty and reminded me of Apple Pie. They also sent along some great recipes too. I decided to go with my own take and made #overnightoats I used about 4 spoons of the oatmeal, 2 spoons of Greek yogurt, and a few splashes of vanilla flavored oatmilk. My cute lil jars are from #dollerama btw! Left them in the fridge overnight and in the AM chopped a Honey-crisp Apple and sprinkled with a little bit of homemade cinnamon sugar! The consistency was like a delicious pudding! I loved the mix of this oatmeal as it was crunchy and sweet....great texture! Their oatmeal is available in 2 flavors: Apple Cinnamon and Pineapple Coconut and 2 sizes. The nice thing is the company is local so it is nice to #supportlocal Grab yours today!

I don't normal go for the Alcohol Free one as I like the regular one better but when given the opportunity to try something I grabbed the chance. This mouthwash worked just as well as the regular one. I had fresh breath all day and there wasn't a weird after taste like you get sometimes with the regular formula. -

What a perfect start to my morning! This coffee not only tasted great, but when brewing made the kitchen smell great too! Grinding the beans was super easy and using grounds in my pour over was easy too. I loved the full bodied taste of the coffee. Was not bitter at all! I also used the coffee for coffee ice cubes for iced coffee and it added a whole extra flavour experience. I will definitely repurchase! I recieved this free from Butterly for my honest review.
