They are super soft, really easy to chew so it makes taking them even more delightful. Some gummies tend to be on the hard and stale side, these are not that. I absolutely love that there is no sugar in these gummies, and that there is only 25 calories per serving. This is something I can feel good about taking daily, and recommend my family do as well.

I want to preface that I do not suffer from hot flashes and night sweats, so the main benefits of this do not apply to me. However, taking this supplement is a good thing for any person that is going through menopause, as it is an all natural way to strengthen your heart health and the claims of hormonal balance do make it worth taking. I haven't noticed any side effects and in fact after taking these, I have felt less fatigued. Not sure if this is a benefit or not but I will take it. I do recommend this and I personally will continue taking this as a part of my personal supplement regimen.
