The Daiya Dairy-Free Thin & Crispy Personal Pizza (Veggie Lovers) is a surprisingly satisfying plant based option. The thin crust gets nicely crisp, and the vegetable toppings add good flavor and texture. The dairy free cheese has improved over the years and melts better than many vegan alternatives, although it still has a slightly different taste than traditional cheese. It’s a convenient, gluten free meal that’s great for anyone avoiding dairy, and overall I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars. -

I have an intolerance to gluten, nothing severe, but enough that I often feel bloated or get stomach discomfort and swelling after eating out or having something that might contain traces of gluten. I decided to try GluteGuard, and it’s made a noticeable difference.
When I took it before meals, I don’t get the same symptoms if I accidentally eat small amounts of gluten. It gives me peace of mind, especially when dining out. I still avoid gluten as much as possible, but this product really helps reduce the reaction when cross-contamination happens.

I tried the Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral SPF 50 Spray recently and overall, I really liked it. It’s great for sensitive skin—no fragrance, no harsh chemicals, and it didn’t cause any irritation for me, which is a big win. I also like that it’s reef-safe and uses zinc oxide for broad spectrum protection.
The spray format is super convenient, especially for quick reapplications. It goes on fairly easily, but you do have to rub it in or it’ll leave a bit of a white cast, especially on medium or darker skin. I noticed it can feel a bit greasy at first, but it settles pretty well and doesn’t feel heavy.
One thing to note—the spray nozzle can be a bit finicky if it gets wet, so just something to be aware of. Also, while it works great for the body, I wouldn’t use it on the face—it’s a bit too rich and could sting if it gets near your eyes.
