I've purchased this product a few times and have been extremely satisfied every time. I use this after my normal routine of washing and conditioning my hair. I use this a secondary conditioning treatment and I'll leave it on as long as I continue the rest of my shower. They recommend it's left on for 7-10 minutes, but I leave it on as long as possible. I have long hair that reaches my behind when it's wet, and this one package was enough to coat my hair root to tip. It smells like coconut and shea butter. I use a comb in the shower it comb it through to make sure it's nice and evenly distributed. My hair feels and looks so soft after using this every time. It doesn't leave any greasy feel or build up on the scalp. This is my favourite deep conditioning treatment of all time. They recommend using it once a week, but I only use it when necessary. I'll always recommend this product! -

The product itself glides on so smooth that you literally need next to no pressure to apply it. It's perfect for a natural look or dramatic look, it's super versatile. I just realized that I've been using the waterproof version of this mascara this whole time.. which is saying something if I hadn't realized it was even waterproof mascara. I wouldn't say it's waterproof, but more resistant to rubbing off or smearing. I did expect the brush of the wand to be softer and fluffier rather than a harder plastic like it is. I find plastic wands focus solely on lengthening the lashes which is not what I'm looking for my mascara to do, I need volume. This mascara does offer some volume but not as much as I would have liked. This mascara was one of the top rated on Sephoras app so I had high expectations. Had my expectations not been so high I might have been more satisfied and impressed with the product. -
