Hi, I was one of the few who were chosen to experience the effectiveness of these strips. I feel that they did what they were made for. For convenience sakes, it was great. I did however have a small amount of tooth sensitivety, so all I did was skip a day and continued on. I will purchase these again in 6 months as it says on the box to do again.    -
