The product is smooth goes on well, it's suppose to brighten, and depuff the eye. I have puffy eyes, and although it is a nice cream I can't say it depuffs to any significant amount, and have not noticed any brightening. So for me I can't say it's the best out there, now that Loreal owns It Cosmetic, a lot of product has come out, almost too much, it's complicated when looking for product. I have been using their products for some time, the newer products have not been as good as expected. -

I have used it for some time, it's a go to daily moisturizer, but not a moisturizer that gives you a boost like some other cream. It's a good summer cream, but for cold winters and dry skin, just not enough. Love the feel of it, so for me it's a summer cream. -

I have tried products from very high end brands and none can compare to the coverage you get with this product. A very little goes a long way, just a few dots need the eye, and blend. Their gone, period. I use the eye brush from It Cosmetic When using the concealer. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 -

To my surprise it gave my skin a renewed appearance after a few application. I live with very cold winters, and mature skin, have been using it regularly and like what I am seeing.
