If you’re looking for the absolute BEST full body work out, then ILKB Vaughan is definitely the place to try. The instructors are amazing and extremely supportive as they walk you through proper technique and motivate you to give it your all on those days you need a bit of a push. The music is up beat, the members and staff are friendly and welcoming, and at the end of every class, you’ll leave feeling energetic and strong. I highly recommend this place!    -
