Avid coffee drinker, and I won't say no to a piece of chocolate so AWAKE chocolate is a nice little treat! Not something I'd be replacing my coffee with entirely, but when I want a sweet treat and an energy boost this is a great option. They're individually wrapped, so I don't feel forced to finish the entire bag in one go haha. I don't find there is any weird after-taste to the chocolate or anything, tastes like a yummy piece of chocolate. -

My daughter (2) is low in iron, so we are supplementing her diet to increase iron. I initially tried to give this to her as a "straight shot" but being the lemon flavour, it is quite tarte and she was not a fan. However, when I mixed in some water, it suddenly became juice and absolutely delicious! Currently a higher amount of iron per dose than the chewable iron supplement I was using, and allows for some bonus hydration! Once the chewables are done, I will be switching over to this liquid version for "iron juice". A apple flavour would probably be incredible for the tots! -
