Each gummy has 177mg of magnesium bisglycinate, which is known to be a really absorbable form, so I feel like I’m actually getting the benefits. I mainly wanted something to support muscle function and overall wellness, and I love that it also helps with maintaining healthy bones and teeth. Plus, the gummy format makes it way easier to stay consistent compared to pills.

This product was super easy to use. The instructions were so simple to follow, and it turned out much better than I expected for an instant product. The texture of the rice was impeccable. The flavour was beyond what I expected, and the fact that it has less sodium than the average instant noodle is great in my books. I’m gonna be looking for this at our local Costco and this might be a pantry staplefor our family for sure as we head into a busy summer.
