I’ve always hated using overhead lights at night. They feel way too harsh, so I’m usually reaching for a lamp instead.
Recently, I’ve been looking for a way to add more light to my office without lighting up the entire room, and the NOMA RGBIC Monitor Light Bar ended up being exactly what I was looking for.
It gives me the focused light I need at my desk without that harsh, overhead feeling, and I can switch to the RGBIC ambient lighting when I want the room to feel a little more cozy. It’s such a simple addition, but it genuinely made my office feel more comfortable and functional. Especially for those late night editing sessions.

I have combination, dehydrated skin, and I didn’t realize my barrier needed support more than another heavy moisturizer. The lightweight gel cream texture feels rich without being greasy, layers beautifully over the rest of my skincare, and leaves my skin feeling calm, comfortable, and hydrated throughout the day. I’ve noticed less tightness after cleansing and an overall healthier looking glow. If your skin feels like it’s constantly losing moisture, this is definitely worth trying.

I’ve tried a lot of hydrocolloid pimple patches, and these genuinely stand out. The first thing I noticed was how well they adhere. Normally I’m wrestling to get a patch off my finger and onto my face, but these sealed down right away and stayed put for hours without the edges lifting.
By the time I removed the patch, it had absorbed so much from the blemish that I could actually see it working. They also blended in really well during the day, making them much less noticeable than other patches I’ve worn.
If you’re looking for a daytime pimple patch that stays on, protects your blemish from picking, and actually delivers visible results, these are definitely worth trying. I can see why they were recognized by The New York Times Wirecutter as the Best Hydrocolloid Pimple Patch.

I’ve actually bought these before receiving them through Butterly, so I already knew I liked them! My favourites are definitely the Milk Hazelnut and White Hazelnut flavours.
The individually wrapped squares are the perfect size when you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to overdo it. I also love the combination of the smooth chocolate, creamy hazelnut filling, crunchy crispies, and roasted hazelnut pieces. It gives each bite a really satisfying texture.
The assortment is nice because there’s something for every chocolate lover, whether you prefer milk, dark, or white chocolate. For me, the Milk Hazelnut is the winner, with the White Hazelnut coming in a close second. They’re a great little treat to keep on hand for an afternoon pick me up or a quick dessert after dinner.

My partner has PCOS, and one of her biggest concerns has always been how it could affect her fertility as we start thinking about having children. After speaking with her healthcare provider, she decided to try AOR Advanced PCOS Relief.
It's hard to say exactly what role the supplement played, but after about five months without a period, her cycle returned. The interesting part is that her previous period had also been about five months before that, so we're not sure whether it's the start of a positive trend, timing, or if the supplement contributed in some way.
What I appreciate most is that it's given us something to discuss with her doctor and another option to consider as part of her overall PCOS management plan. While we're still early in the journey, it's been a positive experience so far and one I think is worth looking into if PCOS is something you're navigating.

I tried the Method Moisturizing Shampoo Simply Nourish and it did not work for my locs. While it cleaned my hair, it left my scalp feeling very dry afterward instead of moisturized. I was expecting a gentler, more hydrating wash based on the name, but my scalp felt stripped and uncomfortable.
For my loc routine, moisture is really important, and this shampoo didn’t deliver the balance I needed. I also found that I needed to follow up with products I normally use to bring moisture back. This one just wasn’t a good fit for my hair and scalp needs.

I tried the Method Moisturizing Conditioner Simply Nourish and unfortunately it did not work well for my locs. I was expecting more moisture and slip, but my hair still felt dry and not conditioned enough after use. I ended up washing it out and going back to my regular conditioner because my locs needed more hydration.
I also used the shampoo from the same line and noticed it left my scalp feeling very dry afterward, which was disappointing since I was hoping for a moisturizing wash routine. This line may work for other hair types, but for my locs it didn’t provide the moisture or scalp comfort I was looking for.

One of the first things I tested was blowing a bit of smoke near the unit, and within seconds it detected the change in air quality and immediately kicked into a higher setting to filter the air. It was really cool to see how quickly it responded.
Setup was incredibly simple, basically just two quick steps and it was ready to go. I also love that it blends seamlessly into my home without looking bulky or out of place. It runs quietly enough that I barely notice it, even when it’s working hard. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my space and gives me peace of mind knowing the air feels cleaner and fresher.

Let me be very honest… this is coming from a household with a FRIDGE full of sauces. I’m talking options for every mood, every craving. So for something new to earn a spot?? It gotta be GOOD good.
This hot honey? Yeah… it made the cut.
It’s sweet, but not basic sweet. You can taste that rich, organic honey right away, and then the heat from the pickled chilies comes in after, not overpowering, just enough to wake up your taste buds.
What I really like is how it blends with other flavours. We tried it with BBQ on burgers and it didn’t clash at all. It elevated everything. That sweet + smoky + spicy combo? Yeah… dangerous.
And listen… as a young Bajan gyal with strong granny tendencies, that lil peppery sting in the back of your throat? I already know that’s doing something beneficial 😂
This is one of those sauces you start putting on EVERYTHING; wings, pizza, garlic bread… even breakfast if you feeling brave.
Fridge approved. No debate.
