I normally like L'oreal products, their Preference hair colour is one of my favorites, Root Rescue, however, is one of the worst products I have used in the 10 years of me dying my hair. I have dark blonde/lightest ash brown hair and am starting to see the first sighns of gray. I applied the mixture as directed and checked it after 10 minutes, my roots were bright orange, not to mention that the rest of my previously dyed hair turn nearly black. I now have to go to a salon after shampooing with dish soap to lighten the darkened hair. Oh and did i mention it didn't cover my gray? Absolutely horrible. -

I recently bought this dye in Light Cool Brown hoping it would eliminate the *slight* brassiness of lightening my hair. I was shocked to see that after I removed the towel my hair was auburn! Not to mention that refresher pack that came with the dye is bright red. Horrible! Will never buy again. -

I used to have very thick curly hair, but after dying it too much it is now thin and lifeless...I wanted to start wearing my hair more natural (I used to style is to a straight bob) but since is too thin it won't stay the voluminous bob I want it to be until I started using TRESemme dry shampoo. I wash my hair as my usual routine however I use this product in place of a mousse or hair spray, it makes my hair really bouncy and thick. The only downfall is the smell. -
