I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. This is the third product I’ve tried from Swiss Natural and while the first two were great, this one, unfortunately, didn’t work well for me. It made my stomach upset and I had to discontinue taking them. I might have a sensitive stomach. It is worth mentioning that I am also taking two other supplements (that I’ve been taking periodically for about a year so the reaction was new and it might be that the ingredients could’ve been incompatible). Here are some objective pros that I noticed:
-the pill gets very easily broken into halves because of the little groove in the middle. It’s good because the pill is quite big so it’s more comfortable to swallow two smaller pieces.
-the ingredients list has a wonderful variety.
-the caplet doesn't have a bitter aftertaste.
Overall, I wouldn’t purchase this product because of my stomach’s reaction. Would I recommend it? Perhaps not to people with sensitive stomachs. 4 stars because I do believe that other people might benefit from taking this supplement.

My impressions:
-at the very first sniff I could tell someone tried to create a coniferous forest scent. However, to me it doesn’t smell fresh or natural, which I was kind of expecting because I had the Yankee Candle Lilac Blossoms and it smelled like real lilac flowers.
I did not smell anything from the top notes:
-Crisp Citrus (was the reason why I chose this candle, but nothing citrus about it)
-Herbs (ah, not really? Just pine scent)
-Red Berry (this candle might not smell sweet at the first impression, but a bit later (after burning for some time), you can feel deep sweet smell, think of sugar dissolved in hot water. I did not smell any berry sweetness.
From the middle notes, I could really feel the attempt to recreate Pine (not really Pine Balsam, it’s not deep enough; but that surface level pine scent is very clear). Felt some Cedar and little Sandalwood scent.
From the base notes, I could feel light Vanilla, Warm Amber and Musk.
I waited for just a little more than 2 hours until the entire top
layer became a pool of liquid wax
from edge to edge. The room
smelled like hot wax, and once that
initial wax smell goes away there was
a deep cedar/woody smell, a little sweet too.
After burning for two hours
the candle developed a richer smell.
The pine scent became less noticeable, while cedar and sweetness got deeper.
4 stars because I feel like the recreation of pine balsam could’ve been better, but everything else
is great. I really like the beautiful shade of green glass that can be reused after, the size, and of course the materials used.
The reason why I wouldn’t purchase this candle is the scent specifically. It’s very subjective of course, but I would recommend it to those who might enjoy it.

Received for free in exchange for an honest review. The patches stick very well, relatively discreet, but they are no better than most of the blemish patches I have tried. I put them on at night and took them off the next day. Yes, they got puffy and white, but I wouldn’t say the pimples “go” away and go away “fast” as it says in the description. I was not expecting the ✨miracle✨ of clear skin in 10 hours or something, but at least some reduction in size of a pimple or less redness, which did not happen. Also, the packaging could be a bit better - some patches I’ve tried had sectioned film so you don’t peel it off with your finger. Overall, not bad. 3 stars for the good sticky level, decent protection, and discreteness. I couldn’t find anywhere the ingredients list, some patches have tea tree oil for example, but I guess this one doesn’t have anything like that (otherwise it would say, right?). 1 big star for not irritating my sensitive skin making it worse! Did they make my skin better? No. But they also didn’t do any harm. 1 star off because I did not find them special and they are more expensive than the ones they are not different from. BUT, and that’s important to consider, I only used them once! I was sent this sample of 10 patches and I used all 10 in one go on the entire face (my skin’s condition is not the best right now). I should’ve spaced them out and use it on 2 pimples for 5 days, but when only thought of it after I had my entire face covered with those patches. Still, I have tried a lot of pimple patches, with some you feel and see the good difference right away. I would not recommend these for this very reason. Not the worst option, but there are better.

I received this pasta from Butterly and Catelli for free in exchange for an honest review! Out of three shapes these were my least favourite. They are still good, just when comparing to other two, I would prefer penne and elbows shaped ones. The texture is on a denser side, but that was okay with me. The main difference for me was how dry they were. Even though I cooked them longer, they tasted like they did not soak any water in. You can definitely tell they’re different from the classical spaghetti because of the taste and texture. I cooked them as a side dish, but if I were to buy them next time, I’d eat them just with butter. I’m giving 4 stars because they did not make me bloated, which is a huge thing for me when choosing food, so I know the ingredients work well for me! And that’s why I would also recommend to try it out. Maybe it’s just me who didn’t enjoy the texture and taste. For the reason why I would hesitate to purchase this item I had to choose “effectiveness” because all the other options were even less suitable, but it’s really just taste and texture for me.

I received this pasta from Butterly and Catelli for free in exchange for an honest review, and I loved it! The texture is a bit different, it’s more dense, but I honestly enjoy it more this way. If you cook it longer, it becomes softer, but not soggy and they don’t fall apart!
The taste is amazing, it’s different (you can tell they’re not the same as traditional/classical pasta), but again, I prefer this taste. The best part for me was not feeling heavy after eating it. Usually, when I eat foods made of dough, I don’t feel very well and get bloated, but not in this case, so I know the ingredients work well for me! Enjoy delicious meal with this pasta!

Usually, food made out of wheat (like pasta and bread) get me bloated, but not in this case. I felt light after finishing my portion of pasta salad (on the photo), so I know the ingredients work well for me! Enjoy cooking with Catelli protein penne! 💛

Unfortunately, as of now, it is too early to tell if the cholesterol level actually got reduced, but I am required to post a review already so I’m sharing some of the experience that is more about how it feels to take it, the taste, the size of the capsules, etc.
First of all, I’m glad there was no allergic reaction 👍 The capsule might not be the smallest, but it is easy to swallow. It has no smell, no taste, and no aftertaste, which is wonderful. Some supplements might give you upset stomach or nausea, not this one! Another plus. It does contain bovine gelatine, so I think that’s important to mention if you have some dietary restrictions. The brand also mentions that this supplement is not suitable for the pregnant or breastfeeding.

My honest review:
The pamphlet I received said that improved appearance is observed in 10 days, but I was given 4 patches and 7 days to review so I used 2 patches on 2 inflamed spots on my face for 2 nights in a row. I definitely noticed a good difference. The patches are for blemish brightening, but I used it on a pimple and I believe it helped heal it faster. The inflammation got reduced, the redness too, but not too greatly (more time needed to tell for sure). The patches contain good skincare ingredients like Niacinamide, Tranexamic Acid, and Vitamin C. I am planning on purchasing them myself because they feel comfortable on skin, protective and effective since I experienced positive results within 2 days 👍

I have been taking 1 tablet with each meal ever since I received it, so 5 days in a row. I usually eat twice a day, so I would take 2 tablets minimum, some days I would eat 3 times, but rarely. I know in directions it says to take it 3 times, but it also says with each meal, so that’s what I went with.
1 star for the taste - it is not bitter, a bit tart, but overall has a light fruity flavour. I have no idea what papaya tastes like, so I can’t tell if it has a papaya flavour, but definitely sweet.
1 star for the convenience - the bottle is easy to open (it does not however have a child resistant cap!), the tablets are small candy sized. The texture is hard, I don’t know why I expected a chewy, gummy or soft texture. If you know those kids candy bracelets, like Barbie ones or pastel beads ones, that’s exactly the texture these papaya tablets have. You may keep them in a mouth and wait until they soften and dissolve, but I would just crush them.
1 star because I believe it helped me with the stomach irritation from raw onion. I usually get a heavy feeling when eating raw onions (in burgers or sandwiches), and that’s exactly what I ate the first day I tried one papaya tablet. I didn’t think much of it, but the next day I did not have an irritated stomach, which I usually get. So I was pleasantly surprised.
2 stars off because the papaya tablets did not help with bloating at all. Like 0 changes. I also haven’t experienced any relief from eructation, which is literally a symptom of digestive problems. And that considering my diet is relatively clean. I ate one burger that day and all the other days I had home made meals, which is usually boiled or baked food.
Considering all of the above, I think 3 out 5 stars is fair. I’m supposed to share my review within 7 days (if I remember correctly), so I don’t know if the papaya tablets will be more beneficial once I finish the entire bottle of 90 tablets. But so far, this is my true experience. Thank you for reading!
