I'm writing this review on Dr. Belmeur's cica recovery cream based on my experience with L'Oreal's Revitalift cicacream and how it compares. Before trying Dr. Belmeur's cica cream I had been using the L'Oreal cica cream for a couple of months. They texture of Dr. B's cream is much thicker, not heavy but you can feel it has a much more luxurious feel to it. I really enjoyed the scent of the product and how it applies so well with a small amount of cream. I usually have dry patches on my cheek and chin area and I can definitely say I can see my skin is much more evenly moisturized. I am excited to continue using this cream into the fall and winter months to really test out how well it works when the environment gets dryer. -

I have really been enjoying Dr. Belmeur's cica recovery serum. The consistency is a bit thicker than what I had expected for a serum but application was smooth and even on my skin. After using it for more than 2 weeks I can see fine lines are diminishing and my skin texture is more even. I would absolutely recommend this recovery serum to anyone concerned with fine lines and the early signs of aging. -

I've been using Crest toothpaste products for awhile now and decided to try the pro health line when I saw it on sale. I got it at $3.99 (regularly $5.99+) which is still quite pricey compared to their other toothpastes. It did leave my mouth and teeth feeling extra clean and fresh after brushing. Almost like after a trip to the dentist. Will definitely be picking up a few more tubes when I see it on sale again. -

I received this primer as a sample through ChickAdvisor. I really loved the scent of the primer and the fact that it was made from all natural ingredients. The application was smooth but not as much as my regular silicone primers. I felt the formula was thicker so I couldn't get it to apply super thin so not sure value wise how long the tube will last me. Make up held up well throughout the day with a tiny bit of creasing at the end of the day. Would recommend if you're looking for a natural primer product. -

I received a trial size neutrogena gel cream through ChickAdvisor. The formula is super lightweight and absorbs easily. It left a smooth moisturizered finish and I liked the dewy effect on my skin. Not sure if my skin was getting accustom to the cream but I broke out a little along the t-zone area after a few days of use but it was fine after a week. -

I received Neutrogena's water boost sunscreen spf 50 as a free trial through ChickAdvisor. I really loved the consistency of this sunscreen. They texture was perfect for spreading on my face and arms and disperse evenly. The formula feels bit greasy after you put it on and it doesn't have a strong sunscreen smell.i would highly recommend although it is a little bit pricey. It held up well to a day if rollerblading for 2 hours and stayed put on my face. Other face sunscreens I have tried often leave a greasy film after workout. -

Mascara came off easily and clean and my skin feeling soft after using. Sheet held up well after many swipes over my eyelids and face. They have a light scent to them kind of like baby scent to me but it wasn't too strong. -

It did leave a brassy undertone so I would recommend a toner afterwards to counter the brassiness if you're going for a natural blonde colour. Otherwise it lightens well if you decide to colour your hair a bold or vibrant colour and it makes colours pop. I tried this in unison with the Got2b creative electric blue and it worked well together. -

I really enjoyed using Got2b creative in the electric blue colour. The formula was thicker than other hair colour systems I typically use so it was easy to apply and did not drip all over the place. My hair was soft and shiny after rinsing and drying and the color turned out very vibrant. I typically prefer to use Pravana hair color as the colours always turn out bold and bright but after using this product, I would say it's a strong competitor and I may purchase it again in another colour. -

I got to try CND topcoat in addition to their colour nail polish line. First off, CND makes a great nail polish formula. The colours are true & bold and they apply beautifully. The colour nail polish alone was quite shiny once it was dry. This topcoat performed as any nail polish topcoat would, it was a nice finishing touch and sealed the edges well. The only difference is it's more expensive, so I would recommend splurging on CND nail colour and using your normal go to topcoat brand. -
