It smells great! It's like a paste you rub into your arm pits...you only need a little, the size of a dime will do. It lasts me all day and I am pretty active teaching yoga. I've tried a lot of other natural deodorants and they often start to smell strange as the day progresses or require re-application. This one rocks and smells a little patchouli - baby powder like.
