When I found out from a recent physical that I have shrunk an inch and a half I said enough was enough. I had to do something, so trying out the Advanced Bone Protection from a Canadian Company like AOR just made sense. The pills are easy to swallow and super easy to include in my morning routine. There was no unpleasant side effects for me and I was super happy that they had no after taste and were gentle on my stomach. It's great that we can find things to help slow the aging process in Canada.

I was gifted the Awake Caffeinated Chocolate Bites in exchange for an honest review. I got to try the caramel flavour and was pleasantly surprised how yummy it was. They are made in Quebec and based in Toronto, so 100% Canadian. Each pack of AWAKE Bites delivers the same caffeine kick as half a cup of coffee, which for me meant I'd need to eat 4 to 6 before I felt a major change in my energy. That's my fault for drinking so much coffee normally. This product would be a perfect mid-day pick-me-up. They are also gluten free. I would recommend these for anyone who needs that extra burst throughout the day. -

He's not a fan of hair washing but this gel was so gentle and smelt so good we both enjoyed it. His hair came out so fluffy and clean that it is easily one of our favorite bath time products.

Mustela No Rinse Baby Cleansing Water with Organic Avocado is the perfect cross over cleanser for potty training. My three year old really dislikes that he can't use wipes all the time now. So I tried putting a small amount if this on the toilet paper and voila a cleansing wipe again that is gentle on his hiny. We love the soft scent and how gentle it is on his skin. We've used it to wash his face after meals as well and he gives me a big thumbs up every time. I would definitely buy this again.
