I am a 52 year old woman who has noticed many changes in my body these past few years. Most concerning for me is the thinning hair. I also have brittle nails, high cholesterol and restless sleep. I have not yet experienced hot flashes. I did not find this did anything to change any of these things. For that reason I would not be able to recommend this product.

I have not had a cold lately like I usually get, likely due to the use of this product, so I have not been able to test the full effects of this product but I can attest to the ease of use due to the design of the bottle and the nozzle on it. There have been a few nights that I woke up feeling rather stuffed up and this product helped to clear my nasal passages immediately. I love that the bottle has a long nozzle that gets right into the nose instead of, like some brands, just the entrance which means you don't have to sniff so hard to get the product up into your nasal passage. It also seems to disperse just enough product so it doesn't go down your throat when you breath it in leaving you with that burning type sensation. I would definitely recommend this product and I have no doubt that I will be purchasing it in the future. -

My whole life I have used liquid foundation. I have combination skin and therefor am prone to dry patches on my face. I would never have thought of using a powder foundation but I have used Pur Minerals foundation for the past 6 months and wouldn't go back to liquid. I get great coverage and it stays whereas the liquid foundation would usually wear off before I got to work. It is pricier then some foundations but worth the price. -

This is my new must have hair product. I have long hair which is dry and frizzy from repeated coloring. My hair isn't straight but isn't what I would call curly - it has a bit of a kink to it. I wash my hair in the morning, put two pumps of this product on my hand and smooth it through my hair and I'm good to go. I can definitely tell when I haven't used it. Would highly recommend this product! -
