I was one of those people lining up for Shatter when it first arrived. In fact, I bought two bottles!
The results are great, and give you an edgy look without very much effort.
My only complaint is that it dries and clumps in the bottle very quickly (I store all of my nailpolish properly). One of my bottles actually completely dried up after 6 weeks!
This is not a long-term investment, but it definitely has great results.

The only thing I don't recommend is using this on your face - it always makes me break out!
Disclaimer: I do have sensitive skin, but this lotion makes me break out more than usual.
Overall great product, though!

I don't typically spend an outrageous amount of money on top coats, simply because they all work the same - the only thing that really varies is how long your polish lasts, and resistance against chipping and cracking.
While China Glaze's Top Coat smells beautiful (weird for a nailpolish), it really doesn't last very long and will chip within the first few days of wear. This is super annoying! Especially when you pair it with a China Glaze color!!

I found a complete shadow set at Winners - and originally I bought it because it only cost me $20.
This was six months ago and I still have tonnes of product left over - I love it! It blends perfectly, and it doesn't crease or smudge over the course of the night/day! There are so many colors, so I haven't had to go out and buy replacement shadow since, I definitely recommend this!
