When I was in my teens/early twenties - AKA - before housework and kids - I always had long nails that were always painted and looking great!! However, that became a past hobby when the housework and 4 kids came along! I didn't mind - I was too busy to notice or care!! LOL Now the kids are almost grown and one day my husband mentioned that he remembered my nails when we were dating! I did some researching and came upon this magic in a bottle! This stuff is so great! It's treatment and colour in one bottle! So a couple of coats of this (plus it dries quickly) and a nice shiny gel top coat and voila! I've been asked where I get my nails "done"...I laugh and say "my living room"! They have so many awesome colours now too! BUT remember this review is for the Treat Love & Color - not just the Essie regular nail polish! -

I had purchased this for my teenage daughter but one day had an unwelcome friend appear on my chin! So I thought I'd give it a try! I applied a very small amount and could not believe that within 4 or 5 hours, I could hardly tell where it had been! My advice is to use it sparingly and to try to keep the gel in just the targeting area! Don't smear around too much as it is drying and does leave a thin 'film' so if you slather it on then apply foundation over it, you're going to see that your foundation is sitting on top of the gel and can separate. I've used this several times since then and have the same great results every time! And one tube has lasted me and my 2 daughters for a long time! So while it may seem pricey at the time - it lasts! -

I did not think I'd ever be happy with a mascara again after the discontinuation of Maybelline the Falsies Push Up Drama! I have think lashes that are not super short but not long by any means!! I like to separate my lashes and don't like that clumpy look that some do. I tried several mascaras before my daughter suggested this one. I LOVE it! I separates the lashes nicely and goes on smoothly - not clumpy! I usually only buy waterproof mascara in the summer so am now using the washable. But even after spraying on my setting spray - there's no transfer or smudging! I don't find it flakes off AT ALL and is still intact at bedtime! It washes off easily too! I'll be buying this again! Please don't discontinue this Maybelline! -
