I was so optimistic when I received Weliva to try out. Pros: Improved my mood fluctuations. Reduced my hot flash frequency and duration slightly - around 10 percent.
Cons: I had a constant headache while taking this medication and my stomach was upset 3-4x per week.
I truly hope this helps others. Unfortunately, this just was not effective enough for me to justify the side effects.    -
