For a plant-based pad, they are surprisingly lightweight and very absorbing. I wore them during my cycle and they were comfortable and I did not experience any leaks. I was especially impressed by how breathable they were and they did not shift or bunched because of movements throughout the day. They’re a great blend of sustainability, comfort and protection. Highly recommended.
