Adding AOR’s NMN‑600 to my daily routine has been a breeze. NMN is a source of vitamin B3, which helps maintain levels of NAD+ in the blood and supports the maintenance of good health. As we age, these levels decline, so bringing something simple into my routine felt like an easy upgrade. It’s just one capsule a day, and it doesn’t leave any aftertaste at all. I was gifted the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches to try out, and I put them to the test on a blemish that was raised, red and, let’s be honest, very tempting to pick. Even though there wasn’t any visible fluid, the patch still worked impressively well. By morning, the redness had gone down noticeably, and the bump felt less inflamed. What I appreciated most was how it acted like a shield - no picking, no touching, just letting the skin do its thing. That alone probably saved me from making it worse or ending up with a scar. The patch was comfortable to wear overnight, stayed in place, and didn’t irritate my skin at all. I haven’t used other spot treatments before, so I can’t compare, but I’d definitely use these again. So far, I’ve found that it applies smoothly and absorbs well, without leaving a noticeable white cast, which is great, since mineral sunscreens sometimes struggle with that. Although I haven’t been able to fully test its sun protection due to the weather not being that sunny, the SPF 50 rating and water resistance give me confidence in its effectiveness for outdoor activities.
Another thing I appreciate is that it’s fragrance-free. While there’s a natural scent to the ingredients, it’s mild and doesn’t linger too long. The fact that it’s made without Oxybenzone or Octinoxate is also a nice touch for those who care about reef safety.
I’m looking forward to giving it a full test once the weather warms up, but based on my experience so far, it's a solid sunscreen option.

I recently started using the ARM & HAMMER HardBall Clumping Litter, and so far, I’m really impressed. The lightweight formula makes carrying and pouring it much easier than regular clay litter. The clumps makes scooping a breeze - no crumbling or mess. It does a great job of controlling odors, keeping my cat’s space smelling fresh for the time I’ve been using it. While I can’t speak to the full 20-day freshness claim yet, my experience with it so far has been very positive. It’s definitely made my cleanup routine much simpler and more convenient!

Well it's been a while since I used paste toothpaste & I think it was because of the chalky feeling on the tongue. Otherwise, this toothpaste is great. It actually did make my teeth feel smooth & clean. I like the flat cap so the toothpaste can stand up, though is it still necessary to include a cardboard box? This toothpaste reads like a good book - 12 hr antibacterial protection, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, responsibly made - so I'm hoping to see great things as I continue to use it.
