Great on the go meal replacement for me. My daughter uses it before she hits the gym so she doesn’t have a belly full while trying to work out, I keep one in my purse cause I am diabetic and high protein snacks are an essential in my house!

I couldn’t get into this product. I found it expensive, ineffective and I burped up coconut all day. It will aid in weight loss by causing you to spend a lot of time in the washroom!

I am diabetic and these are a perfect on the go snack. Keto friendly, and I get great bang for my buck buying them at Costco and Sams. I love all of the flavours.... this one is my favourite, but they are all great!
