It’s usually a chore for me to get more fibre in my diet so I look for more exciting ways to do it lol! Like this granola for instance. It’s very unique in the sense that it has a wide range of stuff happening here - there’s wheat puffs, bran flakes along with the conventional crunchy oats, dried berries and nuts. It’s a pretty interesting and tasty blend, super crunchy (which I really like) and not overly-sweet. It’s a great topping choice for my normally “blah-zay” yogurt parfaits. -

I won’t lie, my kids are pretty picky eaters, so I was thrilled that they ended up really liking these. I like them a lot myself, as well. It’s satisfying, has a great flavour and texture, that cookie crunch, and not overly-sweet, which I really love. -

I love head & shoulders for my dry scalp needs. Out of all dandruff shampoos I’ve tried, this one is the hands down winner. Not only does it get rid of flakes, but also keeps my hair healthy and smells amazing! There are so many varieties to choose from and I’ve tried most that they have available, however the Silky Smooth is my fav. -
Garnier pure clean shampoo
I have very oily roots and this shampoo is very effective at combating that! It also leaves my hair feeling very refreshed with a good amount of volume.
