I find the scent of this stuff much better than the Nip Fab Glycolic Fix Night Gel which smells rancid! It does have that grapfruit scent to it like the sister products but is much more pleasant! It leaves behind kind of a layer after use, not sticky or noticible though, just a feeling of "okay, now that my face has been royally exfoiliated, the glycolic can work it's magic", kind of feel.....It keeps my skin at bay and I can use this daily if I really need to. Doesn't over dry my face and is a good price point for the value. The micro-granules in this product are ideal because they are of synthetic origin and don't disintegrate during use and really are the scrubby kind that effectivley slough off dead skin. -

Anyhow, it works pretty well for the first little while - I noticed smoother skin with refined pores days after use. It tends to be less effective using it months after. I don't think this product has the capacity to really delve deep into the stratas of your skin like other products can. It's a cheaper product line anyhow so you can't expect anything more BUT I would recommend this for an affordable quick fix for acne issues and greasy, dialated pores. (If you can bare the scent..)

I purchased this lighter weight gel form of the Aqualia line because I have oilier skin. I find the texture is suitable for those with combo-oily skin types. It smells clean and is lightweight. I sometimes layer another product over this if I need an extra kick of moisture, depending on how my skin is acting. It's a decent value for the price $40 but a little expensive for what it claims to be. I have had my jar for over 6 months and still have a lot left. A little goes a long way with this stuff.
For an overall moisturizer, it's good - but I find the gel texture is a bit watery and weird to get used to and much prefer a creamier consistancy for next time. I also like my products to have a treatment asepct to them; acne, glycolic, anti-aging, smoothing ect .. and don't feel satisfied when applying this as it doesn't assist to alter my skins appearence in any way. I probably would not purchase this again for those reasons but DO recommend it for a general, light weight every day moisturizer that smells nice and clean.

This stuff is amazing! It has a nice scent for a glycolic product. I noticed results within the first few days of using. Smoother, more refined skin, less noticible pores, acne was kept at bay. Within a month, this product seemed to have began to regulate my skins turnover and really got deep into the pores to banish acne bacteria that had been trapped there for ever! I feel that I can give my skin a break now from chemical based products and only apply moisturizer after cleansing. Before, I would have to use this religiously every night in order to keep the pimples from forming. It also works great as a spot treatment and basically dissolves the pimple before it has the chance to surface. -

I tried this during the summer months when my face was oilier and very acne-prone. I find it keeps my skin at bay but can be a little on the drier side and recommend a good moisturizer after. It's mild, clean scent is appealing and it really does work well for acne, especially since it's oil free and soapless! I use it with a facial brush and it tends to get deeper into the pores, making it even more effective at combating pesky acne! A little goes a long way too, my 100ml bottle has lasted me 9 months so far on and off. I would recommend this product for those looking for afforable, quality, acne-prone skin care. -
