A wonderful located Tea/coffee room and gift shop. I like the decor and the choice of teas. The deserts are really very good and I think are worth a nice drive out to Stonewall. I recommend this wonderful restaurant.

A big negative is; after eating our meals we were asked to leave by either a waitress or manager. I was appalled that even though it wasn't near closing or no-one was waiting we had been "kicked out". The management need to look at customer satisfaction and be more pleasant if not patient.

Rembrandt's is one of my favs outside the perimeter. The service is a little slow so be prepared to wait a little while. However I have always found the wait worth it. They often use care in preparation and this is reflected in above average quality and taste. They also have an excellent section of wine, including the allusive Ice Wine variety (in season of course). Recommended. -

My wife and I have been frequenting Country Porch since it opened. I don't think I have had a bad meal there yet. The menu is varied and has different varieties of crunchy chicken, beef wraps which are really very good and a healthy alternative to other fast food venues. The huge windows are a really nice touch and in the hot summer months a meal on the porch is really nice. -

Our first visit to the Grind Stone proved a very worth while trip! We had soup and sandwich special. The sandwich came with your choice of bread, I chose cracked wheat, with horse-radish cheddar cheese and beef! Excellent btw.

A great idea for an Asian food place. I did find the menu difficult to understand and we had to ask several times for a sit down menu; finally I borrow one from a nearby booth. However- if I overlooked the selection process the food was very good. An excellent balance of vegetables, noodles and spices. The Ginger Beef was a personal favorite.
Thanks to places like Asian Bistro Asian food is carving a well deserved niche in Winnipeg food restaurant experiences. Oh yes don't forget to try the bubble tea, really nice. Recommended!
