This is one of the best bacons to purchasing Canada. I cook it by placing it on a baking sheet for 11 to 13 minutes on broil any oven that gives it that nice soft bacon with a little bit of crisp from the sea salt that is used instead of regular salt or MSG as other bacon's use.
There is a good proportion of fat to me on this bacon and the use of sea salt just makes this brand stand out from the rest I won't purchase any other bacon in Canada.    -
