This product was great. Hard to believe this compact little shake packs a whopping 30 grams of protein. Easily the most amount of protein for the least amount of fuss. Usually I make my protein shake with a scoop protein powder and milk but then have to worry about the sugar content of the milk. Not with premier protein vanilla shake at 1g sugar you can drink this guilt free and no work needed just twist of the cap. The convenience of that alone is worth the shake.
But, the shake tasted great also, like the consistency of milk but not sweet as all. The vanilla taste and smell was authentic and didn't taste artificial. Smooth silky goodness. Also with 24 vitamins and minerals this shake is a must post workout.
Would definitely get this again great price with an average cost of $2.50 per shake when purchased at Costco well with the bang for your buck.

I received this eos lip balm to try for free. I have used eos in the past and have not been truly satisfied as my lips have felt dry and chapped and even with multiple reapplications my lips were left feeling rough and tired.
This new formula however has been improved greatly. The ease of the round roller lip ball has always made it easy to apply. The organic, 100% natural formula with soothing Shea butter and jojoba oil has made these balms very hydrating and long lasting. There is no longer a need to keep reapplying. The smell of the strawberry sorbet is delectable but for some reason, I find it is a little less hydrating then the sweet mint. Though very hydrating and leaves lips smooth, soft and as my hubby would say kissable! The formula is also delicate enough that it can be used on kids to sooth their dry lips.
I would purchase these again, but the other great thing is how long one of these eos last. Its great to purchase a few flavours since I know these will last.

I received this eos lip balm to try for free. I have used eos in the past and have not been truly satisfied as my lips have felt dry and chapped and even with multiple reapplications my lips were left feeling rough and tired.

These muffins tasted amazing. They were delicious and moist and light. They were not too sweet and had a great smell and just enough banana flavour.
The kids loved them and asked for seconds. I gave them as dessert after dinner and they were light enough but good enough to satisfy everyone's sweet tooth. But again not overly sweet. Felt good giving these to the family with the bran.

These bars had the right combination of cranberry and orange. They were moist and soft not too chewy. Knowing there was flax in them I felt good giving to the kids.
I preferred the muffins over the bars but do find these somewhat healthier option then some of the other bars out there. They were great snack sized portions but a tad pricey at 4.99 for a box.

I received the medium sized container to try and was not sure what to expect as the container seemed quite simple like many of my others but with a grade for the bottom and a air flow on the lid.
I always have had problems keeping strawberries fresh without going mouldy and shrivelled in the fridge after two to three days. I tried both washing the strawberries and pat drying them with paper towel and placing in the container and also washing them and putting them straight in the container without drying.
After five days both batches looked just as fresh as when I purchased them. So happy to skip the pat dry step!
The medium sized product that I received was $14.99 which is a little highly priced. Albeit the container is quite thick and sturdy not flimsy at all. But the next size up is only $3 more so I would purchase the larger container as it seems like more value for your money.

So I used this lotion after using the the wash. First of all my body was already soft and smelling great. This stuff was just the icing on the cake or body! I was already in love with the Vanilla and Oats wash so I was not surprised that I loved the scent of this lotion also. I was quite pleased with how well this stuff moisturized my skin. The product was the right consistency, not runny at all and a little went along way. After a little bit of rubbing it absorbed very well into my skin, even on my dry patches such knees and elbows. So I also tried this stuff on my face and it was gentle enough for my face and did not leave it feeling greasy and heavy, just soft and moisturized.
The Aveeno DAily Moisturizing Body Yogurt lotion (Vanilla & Oats) was great and I will be purchasing this product again and recommending to friends and family. Thanks Chickadvisor #gotitfree.

I opened this bottle and immediately fell in love! The smell is delectable, made me want to take a lick! This is a great body wash. A small amount is needed, it is not to runny nor is it too thick a wash. It lathers just right not foamy at all. It rinses quite easily off the skin, yet leaves it feeling clean and refreshed. It also leaves the skin very well mosturized and smelling amazing. I can not stress enough how amazing it leaves you smelling. I also tried this wash on my face as I am always looking for an all in one! The stuff was gentle enough on my face but tough enough to leave even my face clean and fresh with no dry skin.
I will be purchasing this product again and recommending to friends and family. #gotitfree.

This Powerbar was not as exceptional in taste as the creamy chocolate peanut butter. It definitely was not as sweet had a strong lemony flavour but the taste was just a bit off for me. It was light and soft and chewy and the smell is exquisite but just not my favourite taste.
The macros on this bar are still pretty incredible, high in fibre at 5g and very low in sugar 3g. I always look at the fat content especially the trans fat. Having some fat is beneficial as it will help to slow down the release of glucose in the blood and this one has 7g fat and 0 trans fat which is an added bonus. This bar has 20g of protein with a higher protein content in comparison to the carbohydrates it is ideal. The Also At 200 calories per bar this is relatively low compared to most protein bars. It was quite filling and could even be used as a meal replacement for breakfast or lunch providing a great energy source.
Again, the only downside is the sugar alcohol. It is a bit high but that is the trade off for low carbohydrates. But this can lead to some gas, bloating and cramps for people who may not be accustom to it. Again the trade off is no sugar crash afterward.
Overall for me not my favourite flavour but cannot deny the macros and for that fact alone, would definitely purchase again! #Gotitfree

This Powerbar was exceptional in taste. It was a double agent, quenching my 3pm sugar/snack attack and post work out treat. The bar is sweet, but it satisfied my sweet tooth and for me was a welcome treat. The macros on this bar are pretty incredible, high in fibre at 5g and very low in sugar 2g. The peanut butter and chocolate flavour was just right with smoothness and a bit of crunch, they honestly almost take like a chocolate bar.
