A great multi-vitamin. These aren't hard on stomach (like other vitamins) and we are happy to support a Canadian company. It has the minerals and the B vitamins that women need, and it doesn't' have the garbage non medicinal ingredients that most products have. The price is good, would definitely recommend.    -
