This compact is another one of Bobbi Brown's amazing shimmer bricks. This one especially brightens up the face and adds shimmer to the cheekbones and eyes. The colours are amazing for eyes and cheeks and you never feel to overdone. After I added this to my face, people started smiling at me more because my face brightened up (no lie!). -

It is huge to go along with the price. I do like it; it added a nice glow to my skin without making me look like a descendant of the disco ball. The colours of the palette look like they would make good eye shadows, however I don't know if the pigment is rich enough to look good on dark skin. There is another problem: the $64 price tag. Yes, I know it's a lot and I'm not convinced that it's any better than Bobbi Brown's Shimmer Brick Compact. This can pass with a push, but don't you want to love something unconditionally if you're going to drop all of that dough? -

Gosh also makes a great eyeliner called Velvet Touch Eyeliner. I'm excited about this because my left eye seems to be somewhat sensitive and it exhibits this characteristic by tearing up every time I try to apply eyeliner. This pencil solves this problem in two ways: first it is waterproof, so no smudging, the other is that it is soft and easy to apply. With minimal pressure, the colour goes on with a creamy finish due to the Vitamin E and Jojoba oil used as ingredients. -

No other foundation has claimed the prize in that amount of time and I now understand why this is so. It is an iridescent foundation, so it highlights the planes of the cheek, and all other areas that are meant to be highlighted, beautifully. I have done it! I have finally found lipstick colours that work. Reds, plums, nudes (I have been looking for these for-ever!), even fuschia!!!!! Where did I find these delectable delights? Why NARS, of course. I am loving NARS lipsticks. Let me describe the dizziness that was caused by so much choice. I tried most of the colours available at the Bay and more than half of them worked for my skin tone. Now ladies, how often does that happen? I haven't even had that luck with MAC! I tried on a colour (Dolce Vita) that the salesgirl said that she only wears--she is blond and blue-eyed--and it worked for me. Talk about versatile.
I also revelled in the moisture-locking formula. I must have tried about 15 lipsticks and my lips were not left raw and scaly because of the addition of Vitamin E to the formulation. This lasted a few hours later when, after I had awoken from a nap, I felt my lips and they were still moistened. Gotta love that.

After I wash out the conditioner, I spray a detangler (the Pear Detangler) to minimize hair loss, before the leave-in conditioner. I then comb out my hair after the leave-in. I don't think that this is the best one out there, but it does a decent job and smells wonderful. -

It contains natural humectants like maple syrup and honey while whole wheat protein strengthens and repairs. Also contains avocado and linseed oils. This is great to use after shampoo. -

It is a great hair mask that you can leave on overnight, sit under the dryer and steam or leave in for a 15 min and use as a normal conditioner. I have yet to use a hair mask that tops this product, Extreme Moisture (of course my experience in hair masks is limited). I love it! If your hair is damaged, dry, chemically treated, constantly heat styled or it just doesn't seem to want to stay on your head, this is the product. It contains banana, which is nourishing and apple, which is a humectant (these humectants just keep dotting the landscape of beauty ingredients, don't they?). -

It coats your hair with the creamy goodness of olive oil for shine and moisture, echinacea for its anti-microbial properties and carrot juice for hydration and Vitamin A. It leaves your hair strong and ready for styling. -
