I have never tried Omega-3 vitamins, but they are said to support heart health, brain function and healthy development of the brain eyes and nerves in children and adults. The capsules are HUGE, but there is no fishy aftertaste, so I am excited to see how they make me feel after taking them regularly. These are available in Health Food store in Canada and health food retailers online.
I received these products for free for my honest review and I’m glad I did, because I will definitely purchasing from these companies again.

I suffer from joint pain and I was pleasantly surprised to see that Myoflex 20% Maximum Strength 100g Pain Relief Cream helped with some of my discomfort. It says odourless, but it does have a mild odour. Not like the traditional pain relief creams that you can smell from a mile away though. This is available online and at your local pharmacy. Sold on Amazon.ca, Exzellshop.com and local pharmacies. Plus it's Canadian made! I have been trying the gluten free thing lately, so this review had perfect timing!! The individually wrapped crackers are incredibly convenient to pop in your lunch bag. They are especially delicious with guacamole in my opinion, but they were awesome with salsa as well. The crackers on their own are bland and have a bit of a burnt corn taste. Nevertheless, they satisfied my gluten craving without destroying my diet. Perfect. I got this product for free for my honest review. -

I got the opportunity to try this pasta for free from chick advisor for my honest review. My entire family loves it. Spaghetti is one of our favourite meals and this one did not disappoint! I would definitely purchase this again. It feels good to feed my family a meal that I know is packed full of healthy vegetables. -

I have wanted to order these for a while, so I jumped at the chance to review them for free! It also got me moving on my back to school organizing. These labels are the cutest!! We ordered the heart design and they look absolutely fantastic on my daughter's lunch containers and jacket. We put the little metal tags on her new backpack and she was completely in love! I washed the containers with the labels on and they aren't showing any signs of wear or peeling off. Very happy with this product and so is my five year old. -

I was unfortunately not able to try this product as I am currently breastfeeding, but I did have my husband try it out. He first tried it with water and said the taste was absolutely awful! He said that with orange juice it was a little more bearable. He indicated that he did not notice any increase in energy in the week he tried the product. I wish I were able to try this product myself, so I may purchase it after weaning my child in order to give a more accurate review. -

Adrien Gagnon Decadent Fudge Nutriforme Bars are delicious. Who wouldn't try to replace a meal with a chocolate bar? The bar itself is thick and chewy and delicious. It took me a long time to eat a full bar. It doesn't taste chalky like other meal replacement bars, which was nice. It's kind of like a cross between a chocolate bar and chewy granola bar, with slightly crispy bits. I often ate them for breakfast and found myself more than satisfied until well after lunch. I was never starving by any means. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is on a weight loss plan as you would not be hungry for more after enjoying one of these bars. -
