I wanted something more natural before going down the medication road. It’s got plant sterols which are supposed to help block cholesterol, and it’s just two softgels with food, super easy. No side effects so far, so that’s a win.
I’ll give it a few weeks and see if anything changes, but figured I’d try it since it gets good reviews and feels like a small step in the right direction.
