It leaves your skin feeling smooth, and doesn't dry it out. The only thing I'd like would be a few more of the little scrubbing bits in it. -

I'm constantly painting my nails, and I've found that Revlon's Quick Dry Top Coat is one of the best top coats I've come across. It really does dry fast, and leaves nail with a great shine. I've noticed that my polish doesn't chip as fast when using the top coat, even when doing tasks like heavy cleaning. I definitely recommend it. -
