I would put 0 stars if that was an option. Their cashew nuts smelled and that was months before the expiry date. Since then the company pretended that they couldn't respond to my e-mails. This was for months, with me resending my e-mail to them periodically. Then I called and was told they saw my e-mails but their e-mails to me were returned. All lies. The girl was able to write me from her personal e-mail so why didn't someone do that months before?
The girl, I will gladly given her name if asked since not sure allowed to put here, after weeks more of trying to get somewhere FINALLY told me they would send me a 908 g salted cashew nuts but it's been a hot summer. It was their delay that lead to being in summer. We made up that when I was ready to them to send it, write. Unbelievably when I wrote them they ignored my e-mails again even though I wrote the person's personal e-mail that she gave me along with the business one. I called yet again due to no reply and the girl lied again about why I was ignored and suddenly had me speak to HR. I left a message. I was then ignored again.
After saying I will share my experience, they finally wrote only to renege on our agreement so after close to 6 months they are sending me nothing and I will have lost out since I bought their product and they don't stand behind it.
This is a horrible company that lies to customers and ignores them and doesn't stand behind their products. I urge customers to not buy their products as they don't deserve customers.

I wanted to buy more sex toys so I decided to buy another Joyboxx, a specific sex toy box. I couldn't find it anywhere near the price I paid years ago so I contacted Joyboxx, that then RECOMMENDED Pinkcherry.ca to me. It has been a nightmare from both companies ever since. Joyboxx does not deserve customers as they didn't care at all except they didn't want to hear about it. They took no responsibility for their recommendation and that includes upper management.
Pinkcherry.ca's website accepted my order but then instead of a shipping notice, I was sent a suspected fraud e-mail and that my order was cancelled. I wrote them and contacted my credit card company. The fraud dept of my card assured me the purchase was approved and nothing wrong on their side. I have an excellent credit rating, for the record. Anyhow pinkcherry.ca then implied it is my address on my account. I used this account several times before and my address is still correct. I tried the purchase through PayPal as it was first advised with the suspected fraud e-mail. I did not want to use PayPal. Same thing happened. The company is refusing my orders due to my flagged account. They are treating me like a criminal. I just bought toys elsewhere weeks ago but they don't sell this toy box. I wrote Daniel Freedman, the CEO and left him a phone message. All has been ignored. I also wrote the president and no response as well. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Buy elsewhere unless no choice.

They are the most dishonest company I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They pulled a switch with their Ace olive ciabatta bread. The wrappers (I bought 2) said one thing but the 2 breads were raisin breads. It tasted terrible when I ate from 1 of them but saw the same thing happened with the other bread too. I threw them both out. They then made an offer but did not keep to it. I wrote the president of Ace bread Roy Benin and he DID NOT make them keep their word THAT I HAD IN WRITING, for the record. Weston Foods owns Ace Bread and many years ago they picked up proof of something and later denied they had it. Lying is their policy. -
