I love these shakes as they are full of protein and keep this busy mom of 2 full for a few hours. I tend to have one in the morning and then have a normal lunch. They are convenient to take to work, gym or in the car. Containers are recyclable and they are easy to find at Costco, sometimes on sale too! I buy them all the time.
