Luckily I do not suffer from any type of nut allergies so I can enjoy all the wonderful benefits you can get from it. Aside to use to enhace many dishes I prepare I used as a massage oil in my joints. After hours of wljing or practicing my yoga routines I massage my knees, foot, back with it. It really does wonder in my entire being it is a natural antiviral and anti-inflammatory agent.
