Here's what you can expect: 1. Extremely long wait for products to be shipped. They say 7-14 business days which is about three weeks when you take out the weekends. (And that's just for it to leave the door.) 2. Cranky customer service on...   +

Here's what you can expect:

1. Extremely long wait for products to be shipped. They say 7-14 business days which is about three weeks when you take out the weekends. (And that's just for it to leave the door.)

2. Cranky customer service on the phone. Total lack of training and you can tell they get the same complaint about shipping all day long because they're over it ;)

3. Non-responsive email-- you'll get a form letter.

I would recommend to any of my friends to think twice before buying from Hautelook.com-- they don't have it together and don't seem to care that they don't :(    -
