I love using the Hero Mighty Patch at night whenever I get pimples. I leave the patch on overnight and peel off in the morning. The white gunk will get absorbed and the size and redness of the pimple is a lot less. These are a bit on the expensive side compared to the other pimple patches though. -

It was my first time testing a product under this brand. The overnight spot patches are suppose to help eliminate blemishes and help with healing. I have previously used other brand’s pimple patches and I noticed this one is thinner. The texture feels nice on the skin. It feels like a thin layer. I did not notice it absorbing spot secretions, but it did reduce the redness and size of my pimples. Overall, I would try this again if they go on sale. I also like that there are two different sizes. -
